The process was easy with over the phone options to review information. Staff was courteous and professional.
I've been a patient for 2 years and have found the staff and Dr Dewan to be caring and kind at every visit. They listen and go over my concerns and are always encouraging and helpful. I would recommend anyone needing help with sleep to see them!
This was the worst experience with a medical clinic I’ve had in my life, it months of calling once or twice a week for someone to answer the phone. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the one time I was actually able to see the dr he seemed good. Doesn’t really matter how good he is though if you can’t get someone on the phone.
What in the world is going on at this practice? In 2018 when I worked with them, everything was fine. But in 2024, I had to change providers because virtually everyone at Fauquier Health Sleep Center stopped communicating with me. Their doctor recommended in July 2024 I get a new study and a new CPAP, but when I asked how that would work, no one ever answered me.
