Wow Got to see A REAL DOCTOR!?
Dr Fiore is a great primary care provider! Despite having some issues with the virtual appointment the admin team has made an effort to communicate any delays, expectations and that is key for me! Having to wait a bit longer than normal for a provider as kind, experienced, attentive, and trustworthy as Dr Fiore is ok with me as I'm sure he's in high demand! ❤️1
Dr Fiore is a good provider but 1+hours to wait to be seen for a scheduled appt time is bordering on egregious. Tried calling several times 30m before my appointment because I didn't get a confirmation link and did not even receive the link to my appointment until 30m after it was scheduled via email. Finally got a call back from reception an hour after I started waiting in the online lobby stating it would be "a few more minutes" for the appointment asked to reschedule and soonest to reschedule is a month later. I was completely taken back I knew in the area and went to schedule appointment in the Culpeper location. The malel that answered the phone to make the appointment ask me a question I said yes sir. He then stated don't call me sir I have a job. I explained I was from Texas and we still use our manners and I would prefer not to be associated with their practice. UNBELIEVABLE!!! VERY RUDE. AND IF THAT'S HOW THE PERSON MAKING APPOINTMENTS BEHAVES I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW BAD THE PRACTICE MUST BE WITH THE DOCTORS!!
