Monica was just so amazing! I was so nervous to come in because my issues have been dismissed in the past. Monica listened, educated and reassured me. She’s doing testing on my concerns instead of dismissing me and making me feel crazy like previous GYN’s have done for me. I don’t remember any names well but I do want to add. I absolutely love this OBGYN office and I’m so glad to have found them!
Pretty disappointed with my last visit as I have been coming here for years. Me and my fiancé were running a bit behind for my first ultrasound due to unforeseen circumstances. I called them an hour and a half in advance to inform them that I will need to utilize my 15 minute grace period. The receptionist on the phone was really honing in that they prefer people to be on time. I've been to this practice for my last two annual exams since moving to the area and had great experiences both times. The front office staff are friendly and both times I was brought back pretty soon after I arrived. I think this practice was the first medical practice I've been to where there was absolutely no comment made about my weight, which I've been struggling with for the past few years and had been creating anxiety about making medical appointments in general.
