Jason unexpectedly ghosted after the design was paid for and it was time to install, so it was a waste of hundreds of dollars and many months of my time. I understand that getting installation subcontractors can take time and I was willing to wait as long as necessary because he was lovely to work with, but he just stopped communicating entirely, so I never got any further status or timeline updates.
