I ordered a gift certificate on May 10th and never received it. I’ve called, emailed, Facebook messaged and no one has responded to me. This was supposed to be a gift to our parents for our wedding and now I need to figure out a new plan at the last minute. I don’t know if or how I’ll ever be refunded.
My best friend and myself have emailed them over 5x, wrote to them on Facebook, left voicemails and even stopped into the venue to ask about pricing and availability for holding my baby shower there. We received no responses and when showing up the owner told us to email them again- which I did. Really disappointing- this place seemed perfect.

We stayed at the Faunbrook, and could not have been happier!!! The breakfast was wonderful! Such an adorable property!!
This place is so cute, we had a bridal shower here and it was done so beautifully and elegant.
