The customer service was great. The staff were very nice. I’m still not pleased with the service done to my car. The car still hesitate when I put my foot on the gas.

Customer service was very friendly waiting clean nice to have coffee while waiting and the timing of getting service was great
I went to Ace Transmissions (5* rating ) and found out I needed transmission fluid lines changed to stop leakage at approximately $350 and not a $20,000 transmission change assessed by Faulkner Nissan. Faulkner's assessment was $200. I also needed a new battery. My battery is a Nissan battery still under warranty! But was not changed!
