Sold me a truck and within a few days it had blue smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Had it in their shop twice. First time they couldnt replicate the issue. Second time they fixed an oil leak. Left messages for the salesperson and service manager when it happened again and they both ignored me and never returned my call. Took it to a real mechanic and they quickly determined the valve cover had sludge build up and needed repaired. Fixed in a day. Avoid this place at all costs.
I either bought a lemon and they're accidentally dodging my calls or they're incompetent.

This dealership is more than ready to sell you a vehicle, but seems to have near zero care for the customer once the sale is complete. It's basically impossible to get in touch with anyone here in a reasonable timeframe. I recommend staying far away! I initially purchased a vehicle from them that ended up having a major issue with the rear glass leaking water, which I found even has a TSB from the manufacturer, but was clearly not checked by Faulkner's service dept.
