Liars and snakes I have a warranty for my batteries the Chrysler I bought my car from said that I could bring it to the Chrysler here . Told me to bring the batteries and they will give me new ones. I came they said they needed the vehicle . With the batteries to make sure it’s the batteries . I told them the Auxilliary light is on and the code is coming on for the auxiliary battery. Absolutely a joke of staff. Jeff , Tammy and a few of them in the service department are liars . I was on the phone with one of their clients and they lied to the client and never informed the client they were charging a diagnostic fee. I heard every word they said and the fact that she asked questions to verify things . Now they are holding her vehicle hostage when she went in for a warranties service . Horrible service. Had an appointment at 745. Received a call 9 hours later with no resolution and was told something that multiple other reputable mechanics said isn't true. Left with more problems then I went in with. Keep in mind, my truck has only 40k miles on it. Refuse to go back, which is sad because the buying experience was good. Service, not good.
