BUYER BEWARE!! Worst experience ever! My husband and I drove over an hour to purchase a Camry from them. We get there ready to purchase and realize it's dumping oil. The mechanics apparently didn't put the cap on correctly. They did however bring the car and the pprwrk to us. BUT! incorrect paperwork for the tags, no phone call, no follow up just a letter to sign and send back. Which we did. Always treated very well at all the Faulkner dealerships that I have been to. Gage Grim was great to work with and Clayton in VW service is also fantastic. Fantastic staff always!
The staff at the dealership were very nice, courteous, humble and professional. Awesome Lori was very nice too and caring.
So far everything has been great with the used vehicle I bought last week, with the exception that they have not been able to produce the second key fob I requested and they agreed to give me as part of the purchase. I've called twice and emailed without any sort of resolution or follow up from their end since I began contacting them about it.
Sophia helped us find a great car at Faulkner! She was so great to work with.
