Dealership had a difficult time providing correct documents, had to return multiple times to fix them. I was told they would fill up vehicle for inconvenience, they didn't. I found out AFTER purchase that vehicle had been involved in some incident causing front end damage, this wasn't shared with me nor the CarFax when purchasing vehicle. My salesperson, Jo, he was great and the problems I encountered were not his fault but the fault of poor management.

DO NOT come to Faulkner Jeep. I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday at 8am due to all dash lights coming on my Jeep wagoneer. I had it diagnosed by 1pm and Jeff Phillips called and let me know it was a front speed sensor. He stated the vehicle would be done by the next day around noon. I inquired about a truck online June 25, and got in touch with Belmin. After a few emails back and forth we set an appointment up for June 26 so my father could go see a truck they had. The day of, Belmin got in touch with me to say the truck was still there and the appointment was good to go.
