Thanks Robert Brezovec on my recent purchase of a 2021 Ram 2500. Been shopping around for several months. Faulkner was my last stop for looking for trucks and should have been my first stop. Bought a 2026 Ram 2500 in December 2025, and the sales experience was great. I was asked to give 5 stars, so I agreed based on the purchase. At 450 miles a squirrel got into the engine bay and chewed the wiring harness and silencer wall requiring the cab needing to be pulled, more than likely never be the same. I asked to be shown the damage and what needed to be done, so the service advisor walked me out where we met the Technician working on my truck. Took my Jeep in for an oil change. Discovered a week later that they had disconnected my dashcam and not reconnected it. I called to talk to the service manager about it, but they did not call me back; it's been a week. I didn't want them to give me anything, just acknowledge that they "tampered" with my vehicle when all I brought it in for was an oil change.
