If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a 2024 Jeep from this dealership, and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have never received my car title, and despite calling over 20 times since August, I have never gotten a call back. I’ve left multiple messages for Jack (the president), Shane and Gray (managers), and Nickolas (finance manager) — no one ever follows up. Kinda funny that when someone want to make a deal they say "We can only sell vehicles at market value, not a reasonable amount above what we paid." Makes me laugh because sounds to me like they are out to screw the customer, just for profit.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I recently brought a vehicle with a newly installed Mopar remanufactured transmission to Faulkner Dodge (via Dick Wolfe’s Garage) for a warranty replacement, per Mopar’s requirement that the dealer perform the replacement. This has now been a three-week ordeal with no resolution. After the car arrived, Jeff (the service advisor) told us the vehicle definitely needs a transmission, it’s covered under warranty, and we’d be serviced by Friday (the next day) or Monday. I couldn’t ask for a better salesman in Zach “Beans”Hebb.
