I was quoted one price when I inquired about a key being programmed. The gentleman gave me a price & gave me a printed document indicating such. He advised me to bring the quote in when I came back for my scheduled which was a few days later. This has been a fantastic experience. Steve is great.
I took my Infiniti here to get an oil change and a day later the splash shield completely fell off as I was driving on the highway. I called and spoke with a Brian (service dept.) who was very unapologetic, nonchalant, and arrogant. He had an attitude as if it wasn't his problem. He didn't take into consideration the inconvenience it would cause me to drive an hour to get the shield put back on due to their negligence, and the accident it could have possibly caused. Extremely poor customer service.
