I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Faulkner Infiniti Service Center. The level of service and communication is far below what you’d expect from Infiniti. Issues were not resolved properly, and I was left with extra costs and wasted time. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff seemed dismissive. I would strongly caution anyone bringing their vehicle here—this is not the standard Infiniti quality one should expect.

All completed promptly. Basic oil change, tire rotation and a small trim replacement under warranty
