Great place to close transactions!
They totally missed the covenants and restrictions on our home and failed to disclose them in the sale. They also failed to compare the survey and property description to the plot chart. The hole experience has been a mess. I do not recommend ever using them. You should know exactly who I am I have called several times to complain. I am coming by later this week to pick up some paperwork that should get my lot discrption fixed. I closed in Feb of 2022.
