Everything was great pre-closing through the actual closing. Then about 24 hrs after closing I got a call that they messed up the names on my documents and I would have to come resign as soon as possible. This is now multiple times I’ve heard that they have messed up closing documents for a number of people. Do better.
We just recently closed on property and we had the pleasure of working with Jimi. She was professional, knowledgeable and efficient with every step of the process. Great experience!
The staff at Faulkner County Title are very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take care of their customers and go above and beyond to provide amazing service while making sure the deal is closed promptly and seamlessly. I highly recommend their services for all your title needs!
They called me didn’t leave a message. Call back says they’re at lunch. Still won’t call me back days later. Don’t know how to get a hold of anybody.
