These guys built a new house for us last year. Please pay close attention to the details of the 1 year warranty as you. When you pay tip dollar for a house most people expect a top job. Sun contractors are only doing what they are told so please dive into the pre purchase inspection. Jeff is very confrontational when addressing concerns and is hard to get to replace a known issue if it cost him money.
