They only care for claim money wjen go to show them what not happy with Dan didnt even want to come look at what not happy with had rough edge when they fixed bumpet and not smooth and feel that the paint wasnt smooth and explained to adjuster that and that dan is a jerk just told take car call talk to manager and worse yet no one seem to care and adjuster said knew this would happen rushed and said didnt tell them too save yourself
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS AUTOBODY SHOP! I was encouraged to use a Progressive "trusted" shop to handle the repairs from an accident. Keeping up with this shop about my vehicle turned into a second full time job. I later learned from Progressive, that this shop did not follow proper protocol in any point of the process--ie. they did not communicate with me at all about my vehicle, never gave me a copy of the quote, never did a once over of the vehicle before calling me and saying it was completed. Faulkner Body Works has performed excellent service each time on my Mercedes. I am very pleased with their service. Each time I have had the same person (Steve) to performed my repairs which left my vehicle spotless and clean. I am truly happy and thankful with their service department. They are very professional. Phyliss
Do not take your car here. They mislead you on completion date, and do not support finished work. Will even fight Nation Wide blue Ribbon claims. Highly Unrecomendd
