I am highly dissatisfied with Faulkner Collision and Faulkner Nissan. The work they did on my vehicle for an insurance claim was purely cosmetic and did not address the mechanical work. They also capitalized on the opportunity by charging me a diagnostic fee when I told them their were issues with their work, and contacted me multiple times about selling my vehicle which they failed to fix.
I had a great experience getting my Mazda CX-9 fixed after being rear ended. The team was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help coordinate a pickup date that worked best for me.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back multiple times because issues were not properly addressed or fixed the first time. On top of that, additional damage was caused to my vehicle during the process. Communication has also been extremely poor—voicemails have gone unreturned. I expected better workmanship and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
