DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS AUTOBODY SHOP! I was encouraged to use a Progressive "trusted" shop to handle the repairs from an accident. Keeping up with this shop about my vehicle turned into a second full time job. I later learned from Progressive, that this shop did not follow proper protocol in any point of the process--ie. they did not communicate with me at all about my vehicle, never gave me a copy of the quote, never did a once over of the vehicle before calling me and saying it was completed.
