Inclement weather caused accident, which resulted in substantial front end damage, air bag deployment, under carriage damage. Had car towed to Faulkner Collision Center, on the assumption it was affiliated with Faulkner Infiniti, where the car was purchased. It is not affiliated with the car dealership. Car repair took some time due to part delay. Once car was complete, error on collision center communication led to delayed pick up. This was forgiven, as we were compensated for extra rental time.
