My husband called and made an appointment for service 3 weeks ago for Feb. 13 at 7:30am. We dropped off his truck the night before so his truck would be there in time for his appointment. The appointment was for front brakes and oil change. At 10:30am he received a phone message that said his brakes were in. So, we drove over to Faulkner . It's about a 15 minute drive. When we got there, the receptionist said,"Your truck isn't done. I have no paperwork here and I don't know why you got a phantom phone call". She NEVER apolog... read more
