Inspection and Emissons scheduled but they found a recall item that I had not yet received a letter for. So they fixed that as well.
Communication needs to be improved. Via phone was told I could use drive in service for Oil change. Upon driving an hour plus , pulling right in service bay. To be told oh we are not taking drive in changes today !!!! Well gee after supposedly shifting paperwork amazingly they decided they could in fact do the oil change
The maintenance team went above and beyond with my emergency service. They were able to fit me in between appointments to diagnose, order and repair my relay days before my actual appointment. Very greatful and would highly recommend them for anyone with dodge in the greater Harrisburg region.
