Excellent service, went above and beyond to assure only paid for what warranty didn't cover. He went on my behalf to contact warranty company and dispute what they weren’t going to pay, which they agreed and paid. This is true customer service....

Why did it take 2 hours to change the oil
Shane is nothing short of amazing. Given the stress I was under he knew how to calm me down and actually help me. His service guy was also patient with me which I greatly appreciate. Only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is because they were out of loaners and then enterprise was also about out of loans which would have left me without a car. I got lucky but it would be nice if the company was able to make sure their dealerships were covered. This wasn’t on the service personally just really made the whole situation harder.
