They are always professional and very detailed about the service provided. Comfy, clean and good coffee.
I would not recommend for sales or service. The sales process for my new Stelvio Quadrifoglio felt protracted. I secured financing through my personal bank and still was forced to sit down with their irritating finance guy trying to push additional upsells on the day I came to pick up my Alfa, even though the vehicle sales amount and bank check were already finalized. Had a regular 30k maintenance service on my Stelvio. I can tell that everybody was very professional, polite and very curteous. Everything was explained to me to the very small details. Loaner was great as well. Will come again.
Faulkner Willow Grove has outstanding sales but especially service, even in emergency situations. They never fail to deliver excellent and friendly customer service in all departments.
The service and loaner staff were very welcoming and helpful. Waiting room is full of gorgeous Maseratis and Alfa Roneos. Addressed my concerns in my first visit. Highly recommend.
