I had a terrible experience with faulker Inc. and saleswoman Anai Hernández. I gave her the exact measurements for my pergola, trusted her expertise to calculate the correct amount of panels, but she made a mistake and sold me 3 panels of 24 when I only needed 2. This caused me to spend over $250 extra for no reason. When I called to complain, she said it was my responsibility, which is not true — I never gave a quantity, only the measurements.
