Recently had older double pane windows replaced with energy efficient full glass. Pleased with aesthetic improvement. Amazing difference in heat/cold transfer. Room is more comfortable. Capable craftsmen who care!
We scheduled an appointment last week for a quote for our substantial renovation project. Our appointment was tomorrow. They just called my husband this morning to tell us there's a fee for coming out to give the quote. First off, we should've been told about the fee when we made the appointment. Secondly, this may be the only company who has mentioned a fee for a quote so that leaves us thinking they drove by and decided they didn't want to handle our project. We needed a Xlarge screen for our living room window. I called several places and no one was able to make it for us due to the size. I called Faulkenbery Construction and Matt came out the same day measured and I had my beautiful screen in about a week. I'm very pleased with the service and price.
