Wonderful flowers and people
I received a floral arrangement for my birthday Saturday. I have to say it was the ugliest one I have ever seen. It actually looked like they took all of the random left over flowers and unusual plants and stuck them in an over crowded plastic bowl. Many plants looked more like weeds sticking out and towering over a modpodge of mismatched flowers. I was honestly embarrassed to show it off. I tried my best to not show my disappointment to the sweet man who sent them ... of course it wasn't his fault.
Wow 🤩 this place is amazing they did a outstanding job on the flower arrangements and reach out from another state to send flowers, bear, and balloons and they delivered this arrangement quickly as it was same day service I will use this establishment in the future and thank you 🙏
Ordered flowers on Saturday at 1pm for a funeral on Monday at 2. Received a text Monday at 11:15 (no call) that my ordered couldn’t be placed and was cancelled. Website said they would give a24 hour notice. Now I have zero options. Won’t use this company again. I wish someone would have called and asked for something they had in stock. They instructed me over the phone that it would be delivered first thing this morning.
This is the second time I have used Faught’s for a family funeral. Once again they did an amazing job for my dad. The only florist in Jonesboro I will use.
