Had a filling today with Lucy ( and Leanne) couldn’t fault how I was treated from start to finish , I was instantly put at ease and had no pain at all
Faultless service from start to finish. Everything you would want from a Dentist practice. Of course, the treatment by Doctor Young and the team is first class but patients are put at ease and can be confident in all aspects of the experience. Highly professional administration from front of house and efficiency with compassion from phone calls, through reception to the dentist chair and treatment. Thank you.
RUDE RECEPTIONIST! there has been multiple occasions where the receptionist on the phone has been rude, even stating she wasn't listening as "I was talking to others" while mid conversation. Lets the surgery down as she is the face!
