Don't trust this company. Purchased faucet and was told if you have issue you can exchange. Refused exhange when there was an issue. They are extremely helpful and friendly when you are about to buy, but are a complete 360 when you want to return. Let my loss be your warning...do not buy from them.
Be aware of this store’s return policy before purchasing. Last week, I bought two shower faucets, three vanity faucets, and one pot filler, paying $1,000 in cash. The pot filler ($125) could not be installed due to a concrete and shared wall in my kitchen. Five days after purchase, I drove 30 minutes to return the unused item, but was told to come back Monday because the main salesperson was not there (store closed Sunday).
