I made the mistake of not reading reviews first before ordering a plumbing part. Ordered on Sep 2, today is Sep 13, and I have no communication whatsoever on the status of my order. No tracking number, no shipping date, no expected delivery date. My order status has stayed at "final stages of processing" for over a week. UPDATE: I emailed asking for a refund on Sep 13. Scam of a business. I made the mistake of not reading reviews first before ordering a plumbing part. Placed an order and paid $58 for expedited 2-day shipping. The order shipped two days and I got the email confirmation. 4+ days later and the item has not arrived. I emailed the company and they argued with me that it takes 5-7 business to process, which is fine, but once it ships, those 5-7 business days are counted towards that because the post office is handling it now. If you can't package the item and bring it to the post office in time, then don't even offer expedited shipping.

I ordered a faucet cartridge on June 3rd, today is June 17th. Have left multiple voice-mail and send multiple emails and no correspondence at all. Still do not know the status of my order is this a scam???? Do not buy from this company unless you want to be left in the dark about when you can complete a job. Update: 6/18 Did receive part in the mail today. Was sent a short email just giving a tracking number and expected delivery date. Did not receive any communication until the previous post 👆

This company has terrible customer service. You cannot reach them by phone and they don’t respond to emails. I only reached them through PayPal when I filed a complaint and wanted my money back. My faucet part arrived with a little piece of white ceramic hanging out the bottom of it. I tried to install it but everything crunched inside. The company does not give refunds but said they would send me another part even though I was at fault for trying to install it. I never received another part and I am just writing this to war... read more
