Trouble customers service, Don’t buy from them. They steal my money and never shipped my purchase
Made an order 2 years ago. Received a few emails from Dana saying my order was delay due to Brizo. They told me a couple months ago that they were thinking my item was already shipped. Then Sandra told me that they ordered a new item and that I should receive it soon. Still waiting and now, they don’t even bother reply to my emails.
The Faucet Mart customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received, and they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed it. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. It was exactly what I was looking for.
