I placed an order on their website, about 6 hours later (after charging my credit card) Nicole Grimm called to tell me the online pricing was incorrect and they wouldn't honor the order. She told me to place a new order and treat the price as cost per foot, which I did. Faucet Depot is the only retailer I could find that sold the specific metal washer box I was wanting. I found online ordering to be easy and I was pleased with the prompt shipment of my item. I recommend for Faucet Depot to bubble wrap the loose bag of parts inside the washer box to avoid them scratching the paint on the washer box during transit. This is why I gave them 4 stars and not 5.

FD is the place to shop, if you don't care about customer support or warranties. We found FD via Google shopping for a unique Watts valve. Unfortunately, the valve came in dead on arrival. FD won't reply any of the emails, when we finally got them on the phone, they pushed us to the MFG. When MFG doesn't have a solution and told us go back to the origin point of sales, FD starts the dodging, pushing and accusation mode. Wish we read the google review on FD earlier, so we didn't have to deal with this.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!! Website will say the parts are available but they are not! I made an order and the part said it was available, just for me to get a phone call a WEEK later to say the part is not in stock and that I would get the parts in two days. Well it’s been two weeks and no parts. Take your business to Ferguson. If they don’t have the parts they can order it for you in matter of seconds and have it by your front door no later than 3 days.
