Following up with this, new manager, Chris, he is very patient and tried his best to solve this issue. Although I was very sad when I heard my scooter would not working anymore after 4-month wait, I am very grateful for him personally. I’m feeling so bad to say this but very disappointing. Bought teverun a couple years ago and I love it, never had any issues whatsoever so ever and just bought a newer model for my wife, the staff are amazing . Highly recommend
really nice and knowledgable staff. but extremely overpriced. $140 for a tire change that ended up popping 2 weeks later! ended up replacing myself with a tubeless one for $20, took me 10 mins.
