I just called in an order and specifically told them that my husband, gave his name, would be picking it up. They told me the total and that it would be 20 minutes. My husband went down there and was told there was no order under his name, so they took the order again and charged him. When I found, I told my husband that there fir sure was an order, and of course it was there the entire time, and then they charged him again! So now we have $100 of subpar pizza. Never again will I order from this place.
Rudely told “we’re closed” with no kindness or apology. Showed up 20mins before closing. If you stop taking orders maybe adjust closing time or talk to people with more kindness.
Great deal since you get 2 pizzas for the price of one. Let's go NY Knicks 🏀
