Requested small boho shoulder length and got just that. I’m a first timer and enjoyed every second of both fatou & the young lady helping. She did an amazing job , made me feel welcomed and very comfortable! I will definitely be returning !! Thank you both keep up the amazing work!!
The best Fatou
This lady is rude, cannot braid at all and please don’t not waste your time nor money at all. She gave me boneless braids, refused to fix it or give me a refund, and she’s musty. If I could give her 0 stars I would but I had to give her one for the sake of warning everybody who has eyes to see and hears to hear. Do not come to this establishment. She isn’t worth a penny spent especially in today’s economy.
If I could give less stars I would. The first few times I had a satisfactory experience but today Fatou was rude and actually tried to charge me $70 to replace 10 braids across the front of my head. It was actually less about the price and more about her demeanor and attitude. I’ve read previous reviews and didn’t understand why ppl described her that way but today she helped clarify that. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Customer service is very important.
