My experience here was in my opinion the way a business should operate. I was given expert advice. She (Fatou) was kind and patient, in which I greatly appreciated. I will return to this establishment and would recommend to others.
This place should receive 5 stars because its been 3 months since my hair was braided and I'm still receiving compliments. Unfortunately, these ladies are rude, unprofessional and slick. I went in for a perimeter around 2:30 pm and they immediately took my braids out and then I sat for approx 2.5 hours before they began to braid my hair.
