I can’t even begin to tell you how happy we’ve been with Chris and Fat Man Plumbing. He and his staff have been so helpful, accommodating, professional and honest. They were on time and went way overboard to make sure we are happy! It’s not often that people go the extra mile these days and they all did without ever making us feel like we were over asking! I meet a lot of contractors in my business and can say that I will only call and recommend Fat Man from now on!
This team has been helpful before and did good work for a good value on replacing our hot water heater. The other issue we called them in for recently, which was a water stain on our ceiling, created a cascading headache. After they came out to look at the stain on the ceiling (which they never opened up), they determined our upstairs toilet had been leaking and that we needed a mitigation team to come in to assess. Last week we had a major issue with our water heater, as a pipe had gone bad and compromised the entire system, causing a break and water pouring out of the tank into our garage. Chris & Nick did a brilliant job coming to our rescue, going the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of and the problem solved.
