The worst experience ever. I made arrangements to get my hair done at Fatima’s Braiding Shop two days ago. I sent pictures of the style I wanted and confirmed everything even up until the day of my appointment. I followed up, sent the pictures again, and made sure we were still on the same page. When I arrived, the stylist who was supposed to do my cornrows had a very nasty attitude. To make matters worse, she was sitting in the chair getting her hair done when I walked in. Great salon, I’ve been getting my hair done here since I was a kid and have loved every style I’ve gotten. Owner and employees are very kind and talented .

i came here with my mother and got cornrows the customer service was great and the braids came out very nice i will be coming back and i do recommend.
