Here at 1145am on a Saturday to collect a parcel and they’re closed. I call the number online and was told “maybe open in the evening, not sure”. How am I supposed to collect my parcel before the return the window if the location isn’t open for their “opening” hours and they can’t even tell me when they will be open.
Rude , Angry already right at the open-close. Not welcoming to do any business with.
Don’t supp amazon returns, useless
Had to pick a package up from here, came during open hours to a ‘back in 15’ sign. Waited 30 mins, tried to call the number left on the door, nothing. Super unreliable.
