I paid $360 just to be disappointed and get a complete different style than what I wanted done after showing the stylist the picture of what I wanted 3 times. I will never spend my time or money there again….. I’m beyond disappointed and they love just throwing random prices out at you…

I went twice, but never went back. They are nice right up until you hand over your money, then the shocking rudeness kicks in--unless you're part of their community. It's head-scratching (pun intended) to think that their resentment of American women runs so deep. Take my advice, don't go there. You'll just end up wasting your money, time, and probably your hair too. The first visit was sorta okay, because I sorta got what I wanted. But, the second time? Unprofessional, braids are too tight, and they don't do your hair the way that you ask.. even with showing a picture and detail explaining. I took out my braids when I got home. Find someone else to do your hair!!

Very unprofessional.....scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, called her on the day of the appointment and acted like she didn't want to do it and she was being bothered. She will never get my business again.
