I had a wonderful visit with CNP Sarki. She took time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. Caitlyn was also nice and I was comfortable with the service provided during my visit including labs with Ms. Quinn.

My experience with this office has been very disappointing. NP Fatima Sarki has been a decent primary care provider. Unfortunately, my experiences with her assistant, Caitlyn, have been the complete opposite. Caitlyn has been consistently rude and unprofessional when communicating with both patients and insurance representatives. Because of these interactions, I no longer feel comfortable having her involved in handling my health records or other aspects of my care. Dr. Sarki herself was awesome! Was kind, patient with my mother but most importantly very knowledgeable. The 1 star is for the medical assistant Caitlyn. She had permanent rbf. When asking my mother what medication she took my mom went to reach into her purse to get her medication list and Caitlin did a long sigh as if she was annoyed. She is the best PCM I have ever had. She listens and offers several treatment options. I never feel bullied or rushed and talking with her is very easy like I’m talking to a friend. Her bedside manner is unmatched.
