Went to Dr Boyle for years and liked him and the staff very much. I have had several appointments now with the new group and really like them. The office is updated, high tech and the Dr and team professional, kind and patient. I am glad I stayed as a patient, and so is my husband.
Adam,Dr.Aslam,Heather and Alba a great team! I came to this office as a patient of Dr Boyle for many years, with many dental issues over the years. Most recently with an issue which required extensive treatment. Adam and Dr. Aslam went over my options and educated me on the dental implant. The cost and proceedure would always scare me. I was referred to this dental practice from a woman, who has said nothing but fantastic things about the staff and work. I can completely agree, this place was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made me feel completely comfortable. They were extremely friendly, and helpful. Adam took the time to sit down and introduce himself to me personally, as well as help me understand my insurance policy. He also worked with me with payment, and really understood me. Wonderful experience in a very comfortable atmosphere! I have never felt more at home in a dentists office and would reccomend this office to everyone. The financing, service options and amazingly friendly staff are the best i've encountered in the entire Lehigh Valley area and around. I'll keep coming back for a loooooong time! Love it!
I was not sure what to make of the new crew at the Nothampton office after being a patient of the Dr. Boyle team for many years. I must say though, the more I get to know the new team and have work done the more I like them. Their level of professionalism and curtesy is excellent and the fact that they wish to educate you in a way that is not condescending is a breath of fresh air. I am pleased to give them my business. I came to the Northampton office in the midst of the changeover and everything was in chaos.....except the staff. They were apologetic (not necessary), friendly and helpful.....the "big muscle guy" especially. They were very knowledgeable and clear. They did everything they said they would did (including several miracles) and nothing changed after I walked out the door. They are consistent and willing to help where they can. The office is high tech and the entire staff is incredible with friendliness and knowledge of dental health. They are very compatible price wise with most dentists in the Lehigh Valley, and the staff is just incredible. I was in today for two fillings and crowns and Dr. Taormina was excellent with all the work he did for me. I will highly recommend Lehigh Valley Dental Solutions to all my family and friends!!
GREAT OFFICE!!!...VERY HELPFUL, VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY NICE. THE DENTIST WAS GREAT AND SO WAS THE STAFF, THEY WORKED WITH ME AND MY FAMILY WITH ALL COSTS AND INSURANCE. VERY IMPRESSIVE PLACE. THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND MADE ME WELCOME! THANK YOU SO MUCH
this office is VERY high tech. The only problem I had is prices were not given (when asked) for the procedures
