Very nice lady but does not care about her patients if you ask me. It takes ENTIRELY TOO LONG FOR APPOINTMENTS!!!! First time it took 6 months to see her… scheduled yearly check up and had appointment for my daughter only to be called and told her appointment had to be rescheduled because Fatima took on another position so now her patients have to reschedule their appointments to accommodate HER NEW JOB!!!! Extremely upset after already waiting months for these appointments!!! I will be looking for a different doctor
The staff surrounding a physician provides a window into the type of facility the doctor is leading and the type of care the physician provides. I hesitated booking an appointment with Dr. Naqvi because some of the reviews reflected poorly on the front desk staff. Unfortunately, in my personal experience, I don’t have anything pleasant to add. If the front desk is short with me, hangs up before I can finish speaking, and shows no grace then what can I expect from the doctor herself? Please do better - your patients are women... read more
very rude !!!! the front desk employees are horrible when you call they don’t even greet you or anything they’re extremely rude and will hang up on you
The doctor is amazing; however, it's unfortunate that her staff don't meet the same standards. From initially refusing to request authorization for my prescription (although this was eventually rectified, it took two years), to the office manager hanging up on me, these experiences have been disappointing. I'm disheartened, and my search for an OBGYN continues after I thought I had found the one.
Dr. Naqvi has excellent bedside manner. The best I’ve experienced actually. She is very informative and passionate about her patients having all the information they need to make the best decisions. I would recommend her to my family and friends without a doubt.
