This doctor has no tact. Every time I have an appointment with her, she cancels on the very day of my appointment. This isn’t the only time this has happened. My appointment is today at 1pm, and I’m awakened with a text message indicating she has an emergency. It never fails with her. I just want her to give me my medical records. Done with her!
I’ve visited this doctor twice now. Both times I have been rushed, racially profiled, and none of my concerns taken seriously. It’s unfortunate that Individuals like her are granted medical degrees. She seems to take her stilettos and designer threads more seriously than she does her medical practice. She is rude, unprofessional, and always canceling your appt. Always want lab work, never will complete paper work you need. Telecom appts are never on time, hours late. You have to leave a message at the call center and wait 24 to 48 hrs for a return call which it is at least 6 workers in the office at the desk. AND they wonder why we are irritated! GOOD LUCK
She billed a brief call originating from her clinic to discuss my lab results without prior appointment as an office visit. I have been to many clinics over the years and never have been billed for being provided results. I would avoid this doctor and Medstar Medical Group in Oxon Hill at all costs.
