Dr Khan is beyond amazing.
Poorly run office. young, inexperienced non-clinical office staff. on 3 occassions I have taken off work [used pto] and arrived only to be told they cancelled my appt without giving me any notice [and for no good reason]. What a ridiculous way to run a medical practice and to treat a patient who is in need of clinical care. Calls go unanswered, clinical concerns called in with requests for return call arent answered, delay in care due to staff inability to coordinate care. Months long waits for appts. Dr. Kahn spends the time necessary to understand the situation and provide excellent care. Interactions with her are always pleasant and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
