My son went there to seek care as he did in prior months and struggles with his mental health. They denied him service as they claimed that his insurance is not active. I verified the information and yet they turned him away and referred him elsewhere. I'm glad he had the courage to contact me but if someone is in desperate help, I pray that they receive the care they require without a hospital denying them and don't seek other methods of getting out of the situation they're suffering from.

I had the worse experience with these nurses My son was admitted to their unit and I tried millions times calling to have some information about him . When finally this so called nurse answered the phone, she was so rude asking questions like I was the person taking care of my son . I told her, Mam .. I’m not the hospital. I called to check on my son .
