Forced to switch to this pharmacy since my mom-n-pop pharmacy closed down and I hate it so much. Pharmacists are very nice, but the service is horribly slow; I'll call at noon for medication and I'll come by at 7pm and it's still not ready. Or they just forgot to put the request through and it was never done and i get to wait onsite for an hour. Previously have been on hold for nearly 20 minutes before talking to someone.

I called the pharmacy for a consultation for antibiotics. The pharmacist was very rude. She told me that she would do an assessment for me, and to wait for her to call me back and then I could come retrieve my medication. I called back an hour later, someone said it would take another 20 minutes and to continue waiting for their call. It is now the next day, more than 24 hours after I initially called. I still have received no call from them.
