So rude. Terrible customer service. My husband experienced the same thing when he went to get his hair braided.
I made a last minute appointment for a braid take down. She was very accommodating and on time. Took her an estimate of 30 minutes to remove knotless braids. I just wish that she told me she didn't detangle and wash after takedown. I'm grateful that she was able to take me so fast. Appointment was at 10:30a at 11:00 I was out of her chair.
i think this is the worst experience i’ve ever had getting my hair done. on sundays, they only take appointments, so i called and asked if they had availability. she immediately told me yes and to come in straight away. i got there about 15 minutes after the call, and the shop was locked. i had to wait outside for 30 minutes before anyone came. i feel like if you weren’t present in the shop at the time, you should give a time estimate of when you would be there, instead of having customers wait half an hour for you…. during ... read more

Definitely will never book here again! Was really looking forward to having my hair done! After a couple of weeks of communicating with the owner about getting some waist length boho braids, I was told I had to purchase my own human hair (for the curls in the braids) only to get to the establishment and have the owner’s sister tell me that the braiding hair is not provided.
