Would not recommend ANYONE DO BUSINESS with Fathom Reality or ***************************** ******* is OLD RACIST TRAILER PARK TRASH. I would not recommend ANYONE do business with her. She chased me down in traffic smashed into the back of my car driving. Called the police acted like a *****. I have to keep calling EVERYONE at FATHOM REALITY to get in contact with her.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO BUSINESS WITH ANY ONE LIKE THIS

This was probably one of the weirdest experiences I have ever had with a realtor, and I have dealt with a lot of realtors...good and bad, over the years. I had three questions about a property I wanted answered, and the only thing they cared about was if I needed one of their realtors, which I don't have a realtor, but I said I think I did so they wouldn't bother me about using one of their realtors. My agent was lazy and falsified information the entire time. When I spoke to their manager he was receptive at first and tried to help. He gave me another agent whose contract and fees were much higher than the other agent. When questioned the new agent said those were his rates and that was it. Our house never sold. We got no information on showings and zero advertising for open houses. When we finally were able to get out of our contact after 2 weeks of fighting. If this company hires the type of person that is an agent here in the Rogers, AR office.... I can completely understand why they have such low reviews on Google. Don R********* is the agent I am refering to. IF he is as crappy of a Realtor as he is a slumlord...oops I mean landlord.... I would HIGHLY NOT recommend him! He will not fix multiple broken A/C units (ongoing issue the last several years) on his rental units in Pea Ridge and tells the repair people to charge it to the tenants even though the repair people have note... read more

Ashley D**** of Fathom Realty did all she could to sell my home, but when her husband, who she hired as my mortgage broker, dropped the ball on the loan for my new home purchase, she ghosted me. She didn't return my phone calls or text messages, didn't ask final key exchange with the buyer of my home, and didn't attempt to get my earnest funds returned to me. She breached her services. There was an extreme lack of empathy and communication with me during a time of panic. I do not recommend her or Fathom Realty.

Worst experience ever! House up in Morrisville a day! My realtor ******* ******** could not sell it in almost 2 weeks! I felt no follow up with potential buyers and lack of communication with me the seller. I also had to buy supplies and stage the open house as none of the signs were in the right place and she never put one in the front yard I had to buy it and put it in. So $1000 cash upfront and $100 on open house supplies no sale and was talked out an offer that I wanted to take as she said she had a higher one coming in.... read more

Our agent was young, very immature but thought she was on top of things. She told us lit everything we ask or were planning was ok until the day came a few days later, Then it was completely non-doable! At the end at the signing table, tons of nickel & diming fees. Verus Title Co was the paperwork end, and turns out, our agent was "TOLD" to use Verus Title Co because the owner both owns Fathom & Verus.
