The sales area is nicely laid out and clean. I was greeted by an attentive and slick salesman who turned out to be the owner. However I wasn't too impressed after my purchase. It's almost as thought they put a glamour on the items since they look great in the showroom, but not nearly as nice when they arrive. I purchased a freezer that had problems. Horrible - Buyer Beware – Father's Dream home appliances and repair service is a scam. I contacted there appliance store to have one of the burners on my stove repaired. They charge $65 dollars to come out to your home and diagnosis the problem. Once the issue or problem has been found. They claim to deduct $30 dollars from the $65 dollar diagnosis, once the repairs have been made. Thanks to Fathers Dream we can keep cooking – I am glad to have found out about the wholesale appliance store because my family doesnt have a large income but we like nice things and Fathers's Dream supplies us.
