My neighbor utilizes this lawn service. My wife and I had a veterinary service come to our home to euthanize our 15yo Labrador in her favorite spot under a tree in our back yard. I asked the lawn service if they could just pause while we were in the midst of saying our goodbyes. They were so inconsiderate and non-communicative, just completely rude and insensitive. I can't imagine paying them for a service.
Scheduled an appointment for a quote. The son was an hour and half late. He said he would be able to do a Google map quote that day. Multiple calls with no reply, NO integrity what so ever. If this is how they conduct business I surely hope people think twice about paying for their services. I would hope their quality makes up for the lack of customer service base.
