First time I worked with this company everything was great, except being overcharged initially. That was taken care of and was a great experience overall. However, I had to have the same thing done a year later and the quality went from 10/10 to 1/10 while still being overcharged, charged for work that wasn't done, and then lied to about it. Extremely disappointing experience after the first one was good. I will be going with a different company in the future.
Very quick and professional. Jr and his crew were outstanding. Clean-up was amazing. You could hardly tell they had been here. All questions answered and information provided in timly manner.
We are very pleased with our choice to use Father & Son Roofing (again). Starting with the timely and detailed bidding process (Kenny), to the scheduling with the office (Ash), and finishing with the installation crew (led by Junior), everything went smooth and turned out great. Their estimator, Kenny, was friendly, well-informed, efficient, and a good listener. F&S's proposal was detailed, thorough, and easy to access.
