Very disappointing experience. “Chris” came the same day to unclog my kitchen sink, and the plumber quickly said I needed a “snake.” It was my mistake for letting him start without asking the price first. He started to work so fast that didn’t give me time to think, I was so worry about my sink. I booked an appointment online with Father and Son Plumbing and received a text from Ariel Sarfaty confirming they would arrive between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. When 5:30pm came with no update, I reached out. I then got a call back from Manny, who sounded confused and started making excuses about not receiving the message. His tone was slurry and unprofessional, and the whole interaction left me uneasy. Based on my experience, I would not trust their online booking system or their communication.

Excellent service! Professional and competent servicemen and fair pricing. Owner was very easy to deal with and understood my problem completely.
