I recently had Father & Son Construction come out to assess repairs needed at my home, including a leaking window that has caused interior damage as well as exterior fascia/soffit concerns. While they were able to provide an estimate, the experience overall was disappointing and left me feeling unseen and undervalued as a Detroit homeowner. I purchased a home that the prior owner had this company install aluminum fascia and gutters and vinyl soffit. I have a copy of the original invoice. Unfortunately on every peak (8 on the house) many of the seams have paint peeling right down to bare metal. I've had numerous contractors come out to give me replacement quotes as it's a real eyesore.
