I contacted Father and Sons Construction for a home repair estimate. The experience was completely unprofessional. Mike Immo showed up without so much as a business card. The so-called “estimate” was a vague, sloppy text with no real detail, no breakdown of costs, no company address, no phone number, and no explanation of deposit terms. On Saturday 7-September, Jimmy showed up (15 min late), spent about 30 minutes measuring, and didn’t really converse with us about goals, budget, timeline, or how the F&S process would meet our needs. Here it is 3-October, and we have not heard back from Jimmy or anyone else fro... read more
