I recently had Father & Son Construction come out to assess repairs needed at my home, including a leaking window that has caused interior damage as well as exterior fascia/soffit concerns. While they were able to provide an estimate, the experience overall was disappointing and left me feeling unseen and undervalued as a Detroit homeowner.
