Called them Friday night because my sewer was backing up into the shower and charged me $250 ( even though ad says $99.00). Sunday early morning the sewer backs up again. Called them back and they wanted to charge me $400-$500 extra to snake the line again . Had to call another company that charged me $150 and gave me warranty on work. I don’t like being taken advantage of. I would never use them again!
Awful service. Called the company at 4pm, they told me they will make their way to my house. 10pm came around and no one showed up. I called multiple times between that time frame and each time they told “we’re on the road”. Just awful.
