Everything was good until Sister Margaret left Now when she left everything just completely Went down hill when my mom was there. Now for my friend, in the hospital, thanks to father Lacombe care my friend died…..
This 1 star is for the receptionist, she can be rude sometimes. Do better, you work in a care facility, act like it.
Have positive things to say - Loved working here, made list to help new-hires, loved assisting patients, and various renters. Suggest for staff to take de-escalation classes, communications, dealing with hard-of-hearing, more challenging characters, challenged staff, demanding, as one hard-of-hearing lady needed attention; was busy, she said, "did she ever gain weight" the worker replied, "she is beautiful".
