I HAVE HAD A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPIERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR ADVERTISED DISCOUNTS .I SPENT ALOT OF $ WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEN WHEN A PROBLEM ARRISES THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ,I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE ADVERTISED DISCOUNT IN THE YELLOW PAGES FOR $100 OFF A100 FEET OR MORE WHICH I PURCHAED 130 FEET,WHEN I CALLED THEM REGARDING A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY FENCE AND ABOUT THE DISCOUNT THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO MY FAMILY AND REFUSED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND USED TOLD ME TO NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN AND HUNG UP ON ME. I HAVE SINCE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. SO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THEM TO ANYONE .

Damage, Poor Customer Service, Very Rude – My daughter ordered fence and ask me to pick it up. I arrived and waited 35 minutes for the one person who was allowed to operate the forklift, because I was "not allowed" to hand load it myself. The forklift driver damaged the paint on my truck and I was told to file it with my insurance company because they were not liable for any damage. Avoid this company. The owner is a "prove we did it" kind of guy. A truly sad businessman!
